Our story: born from experience, driven by passion
After 40 years deeply embedded in Australian mining, logistics, civil earthworks, and road haulage, from operator to manager, I saw a clear need.
A friend in New Zealand asked for help starting in mining, and as I put the package together for him, I realized how many talented individuals simply lacked the knowledge and guidance to create a CV package required to get you noticed. The Reality they did it wrong and just needed help that is where i came in.
That's when Mining Match was born. My passion stems from helping these super-talented people. I use my management skills to create "mine-ready" and "work-ready" applicants, leveraging my extensive contact list to connect them with opportunities. It's about bridging the gap between potential and possibility.
